We have had a very restful day. I didn’t have a great amount of energy since that long bike ride yesterday. Maybe it was the weather that made me want to laze around.
It has been cloudy most of the day, but the temps still remain in the 80s. We are expecting another cloudy day tomorrow.
Cordell took our Explorer to have the oil changed while I did some shopping. I bought myself some more summer clothes and a new beach bag.
We ate Pizza Hut pizza (my favorite pizza) while we were at a Super Target. Both of us took naps this afternoon.
We had dinner this evening at Two Meatballs In The Kitchen.The service was quick and it was one of the best meals I’ve eaten since we’ve been on this vacation. It must have been the wine that made everything taste so good. It also helped me take another nap while watching TV tonight.
It looks like we are learning to “deal” with this retirement thing!
Good thing you're doing all that pedaling and hiking ... cuz lookin' at the size of those meatballs, you're definitely eatin' GOOD! LOL! Ohhhhhh retirement is grand! I wonder if I'll ever get to retire? How do you retire from doing "nothing"???
